FinBiz Technologies was founded in 2023 by Loic Le Pichoux and Sergey Panteleev with a clear mission: to transform the business microcredit lending industry through advanced, innovative software solutions. In September 2025, ITF Group JSC joined as a minority shareholder, bringing additional expertise and support to help further accelerate the company’s growth and impact.
