What is FBT?

FinBiz Technologies (FBT) is creating a software specialized for the digital origination and management of loans to micro and small enterprises (MSEs) by financial institutions. The usage of this tool will democratize financing landscape for thousands of underbanked customers who will benefit from receiving fast, fair and transparent solution that is helping their businesses to grow and thrive.  
  
FBT product is being built by combining latest and most advanced technology solutions with the experience and deep industry knowledge of the founding team. This will be a ready-to-use solution for lenders that would be able to provide loans (standard, BNPL, pre-approved) to their business clients on one hand, but also to have a fully ready and ringfenced financial assets that that can be split and transferred to both retail and institutional investors, on the other hand. Additionally, FBT product will be integrated with platforms working with micro and small clients, like e-commerce platform providers, EMIs, e-commerce marketplaces, etc., as through advanced omni channel embedded finance solution, FBT customers will be able to grant business loans right where they are needed, fully digital and hassle free.  
 
FBT product will be developed fully inhouse, allowing fast integrations with new partners and fast onboarding with new customers. 
 
Paramount for building a competitive and winning B-2-B digital lending solutions is to have a state-of-the-art scoring system, a tool that FBT is building internally, and it will become crucial part of FBT’s IP and naturally core value proposition. FBT will enhance best available and proven practices in the area with its own innovative model by adding additional data points based on big data and AI enhanced analysis.  

Modules included in the Solution.

Loan origination

Manages the life of the credit after approval – due dates, repayments, delays. Customer can perform self-servicing activities from his profile and check the real-time information about the credit.

CRM

Manages information about customers, interaction with them, notifications (collection, financial transactions) 

Customer Origination

Manages the process of customer registration – data collection, AML, KYC, communication.

Loan management

Manages the life of the credit after approval – due dates, repayments, delays. Customer can perform self-servicing activities from his profile and check the real-time information about the credit. 

Wallet

Manages the money of the customers that are stored in a segregated bank account. The purpose of the money could be for credit repayment or for investment.

Accounting

All events in the system that have accounting impact are parameterized to generate accounting transactions. Business data is reconciled with accounting data. Generates accounting reports. 

Clearing

Handles the process of receiving/sending money from/to customers.
